POSITION NAME:
Manager Biostatistics and Data management
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
It is an amazing opportunity to develop your career in work with medical device clinical investigation, evaluation and regulatory services throughout Europe, Asia, South America and the Middle East.
YOU WILL BE DOING:
Participate in the development of study designs for medical device clinical investigations worldwide and provide accurate sample size calculations.
Where needed to participate in meetings with sponsors for developing clinical strategies;
Write statistical sections of the clinical investigation plan;
Develop statistical analysis plans for clinical investigations;
Provide support on patient eligibility from a statistical point of view during the clinical investigation;
Function where needed as biostatistician in Data Safety Boards;
Support the clinical department with questions on the statistical part of the clinical investigation from Ethics Committees and Competent Authorities;
Perform UAT of EDC systems;
Setup SAS programs for analysis;
Perform statistical analyses and write statistical reports; (including CDISC format).
Review clinical investigation reports;
Support medical writing with statistical considerations of meta-analyses where needed during literature reviews;
Setup and maintain SOPs and related forms for the Biostatistics activities under the quality system.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
University degree in Biostatistics Masters or PhD;
At least 3-5 years of experience in a biostatistics role preferably involving medical devices clinical investigations but pharma experience is acceptable too;
Experience with programming SAS and EDC systems;
English proficient and one more EU language is a plus;

Implement full compliance of the client’s organisation with all legislation in relation to data protection;
Identify breaches and prepare the required documentation for a specific company in order for it to be fully compliant with data protection regulation;
Prepare and run the required trainings for client’s employees in order to make sure employees are aware of their obligations under data protection law and can act accordingly;
Ensure continuity for client’s organization compliance by reviews and updates of documentation;
Assemble and train a team of data protection analysts who will participate in data protection compliance projects;
Setting standards and reviewing policies and procedures globally that meet the requirements under the GDPR and any localization requirements in countries of operation
Ensure the smooth customer journey process for the client since the first contact until the completion of the project, when the client’s organization is fully compliant with data protection laws;

At least 2-3 years of data protection experience;
Must have a legal background, a degree from an accredited law school is a plus;

Senior Accountant/Accounting Supervisor
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Our Accounting Division provides financial services to Scandinavian clients. We are searching for a passionate Senior Accountant/Accounting Supervisor with a “can-do attitude” for our office located in Vilnius. The ideal Candidate must have a strong background in accounting and perfect English skills. It is an exciting role with great responsibility. You will be assigned the portfolio of different Scandinavian companies, and you will be responsible for high-quality accounting service delivery to our Clients. This position also involves supervision of the accounting team, forecasting the need of resources and efficient resource allocation to projects. We also expect you to have a big picture view and a quick understanding of what a Client needs. Our company is on a path of continuous improvement, so we also expect the Candidate to integrate continuous improvement in their daily work.
YOUR DUTIES:
Taking responsibility for complex accounting tasks
Retaining a good relationship with our Clients
Evaluating the workload for new Clients
Monthly resource planning and task assignment within accounting Team
Supervision of less experienced team members and review of their work
Participation in the recruitment process
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
Knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
Team Leadership skills
Experience working with multiple clients would be considered as an advantage
Good time management and planning skills
3-5 years’ experience as Senior Accountant or similar positions
Good MS office skills, different ERP systems experience would be considered as an advantage
Ability to speak, read and write English fluently

YOUR DUTIES:
Responsible for primary bookkeeping (record of invoices, bank transactions, payments).
Collect, analyse financial and administrative data from different sources and put in the system to ensure that accounting information is complete, accurate and timely processed.
Perform reconciliations of banks, accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare periodic reports in time.
Liaise with the client on simple accounting matters.
Assist accountants on delivered tasks.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:

Performing monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, handling of purchase invoices, processing of salaries;
